Role Overview:

You will be working closely with the CEO as the main VA. Your main task will be editing bi-weekly long-form and daily shorter podcast episodes in addition to the short-form Reels/Shorts/TikToks based on that content. You will also be creating the associated graphics and social media posts for this content, such as thumbnails and quote graphics. I am also looking for someone who either has experience doing lead generation or is willing to learn. I will be teaching you what to do, so don’t feel stressed if you don’t have experience. Your design/editing skills are the main thing I’m looking for.

Excellent at Canva
Experience creating graphics of all kinds
Experience post scheduling
Ability and willingness to use time tracking software with screenshots turned on
Availability for weekly meetings to review your progress
Ability to communicate well
Can speak English fluently
Can follow instructions VERY WELL
Honest AND Reliable
